Christiansburg, VA Location:

Susan was great and helped with with everything I needed when I first moved in, and during my entire stay. She answered any questions I had and gave great recommendations while I was there. I also have to mention Renee, she takes care of the housekeeping during your stay and is also sweet as can be and very helpful. These two ladies made my travel experience that much better and gave me a home away from home experience.

Both inside and outside were clean and neat  including the laundry room. Office snd housekeeping staff were very friendly snd helpful. Pricing was good, amenities great, will  stay here again anytime!

I had to have bilateral hip replacements while I was here and Susan, the office manager, went above and beyond to check on me and make sure I didn’t need anything. Ranae always keeps the place clean and is very nice and professional when she comes around. The grounds are kept up very nice. I always feel safe here too. It’s a 10/10.

William Yates from Midlothian, VA (10-28-22): Great option for clean, nicely furnished and supplied, and comfortable temporary housing. I used ACS during my three month corporate relocation process. The management was a pleasure to work with and the apartment was nicely cleaned weekly. I had to wait a couple of weeks for an opening, but I am so glad I did. It was comfortable for when my wife visited as well. It was a good situation for us. It is very close to many conveniences, and I liked the ability to take long, safe walks along concrete sidewalks and the nearby Huckleberry Trail. I highly recommend this for your home-away-from-home residence. You won’t be sorry.

I had never stayed at an Affordable Corporate Suites before and it was the nicest, cleanest Suite that I have ever stayed in before as a Suite!!!! The Manager, Joshua James was wonderful!! He was very cordial, friendly, courteous, helpful, and he made me feel Very Welcome and that is why I want to come back again next week!!  The property looks very nice and clean.  The tenants in my area of the suites were very friendly and Joshua got me a ground floor which I said that I needed for my knee problems. I was Very Pleased how quiet my room was and how Very Clean the room was.  I will definitely be staying in this and other Affordable Corporate Suites in the future.  Joshua is an asset to Affordable Corporate Suites!! Josh showed me a number of suites and let me choose the one I loved, it’s very quiet over here, friendly residents, lots of parking space. The inside of the suits was very beautiful, clean, Great housekeeping lady very friendly and helpful. Come check it out next time you need a short term or long term stay this is the place to be and very worth it’s price and even get discounts.

Our room looked newly renovated and perfect for what we needed it for. It was clean and cozy. It looked as if we were first ones to use the room. It felt that clean. Shower/bathroom was immaculate. Bed was so comfortable, I didn’t want to get out of it. I would definitely recommend for longer stays.

 

Roanoke, VA – Overland Drive Location:

The property and room were very comfortable and clean, we had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. It was a pleasant and quiet location as well. We were still close to things, but also a tiny bit secluded!

I loved the location, the apartment so cozy equipped with everything, enough space for everything. Has laundry room, a gazebo, I loved the yards and the view. But what I loved the most was Geene’s (Administrator) willing to assist every guest, it has an excellent and quality service, also the housekeeper was very willing. This place was beyond my expectations.

The things I would want to see changed are minor – an extra bath and hand towel, good sized coffee mugs instead of tiny cups (Keurig coffee is way too strong for a 6 oz. cup), a variety of coffee pods. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Affordable Corporate Suites and will stay there again if the opportunity comes up!

Andrea Cullen of Floyd, VA (8-8-23): I absolutely loved staying here while trying to find a home from moving from North Carolina to Virginia. Deborah and Debbie were absolutely wonderful. You couldn’t ask for a better manager or a better housekeeper.They both were absolutely amazing at their jobs and very friendly and just such to and be around. I highly recommend coming to this property. It is super clean super friendly and also very convenient as far as location to anywhere you need to go to. I have been staying here for the past 8 years when I come to salem to work the fair. It is a wonderful  place  with a wonderful staff. And the suites are very nice. The room was so clean! It was so roomy. I can tell that this place is well taken care off. There’s nothing that I didn’t like about this place. It was close to the venue where I needed to go too. I’d definitely recommend this place.

I recommend staying here if you are going to be in Staying in Salem. They are within walking distance of a Kroger’s and a variety of restaurants. My room was in great condition and kept very clean. If I come back to Salem on an assignment again, this is where I plan to stay.
