Jeffrey on Expedia (7-27-24): I was in town to visit my mom at the hospital. It was a great location, both close to the hospital and with lots of amenities nearby. The property itself was spotlessly clean and also very quiet, which I appreciated. The kitchen had all of the equipment that I needed. The mattress was a little hard but comfortable enough. The staff was friendly and helpful although I only saw them when I checked in. There are a lot of rules particularly around where you can smoke and cook, which again I appreciated. Although the property is located on a busy road it is quite far back from the road and the bedroom was on the back side of the building, so I wasn’t bothered by the road noise at all. The price was really good, you might even say affordable! At least $20 a night less than the other places around that have kitchens. I would stay here again and I think it would be really good for longer term stays too.

Both inside and outside were clean and neat including the laundry room. Office snd housekeeping staff were very friendly snd helpful. Pricing was good, amenities great, will stay here again anytime!

I had to have bilateral hip replacements while I was here and Susan, the office manager, went above and beyond to check on me and make sure I didn’t need anything. Ranae always keeps the place clean and is very nice and professional when she comes around. The grounds are kept up very nice. I always feel safe here too. It’s a 10/10.

Great to have a kitchen with all the kitchen items stocked, including a large fridge, plus lots of little thoughtful value-added things like Toothpaste in the bathroom, Keurig in the kitchen, a full roll of paper towels, lots of space in closet and drawers. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood at the edge of town. I’ll definitely come back in business.

For the busy weekends, this is a must when every place is sold out and ridiculously over priced. Having the kitchenette was a bonus that we loved.

I had never stayed at an Affordable Corporate Suites before and it was the nicest, cleanest Suite that I have ever stayed in before as a Suite!!!! The Manager, Joshua James was wonderful!! He was very cordial, friendly, courteous, helpful, and he made me feel Very Welcome and that is why I want to come back again next week!! The property looks very nice and clean. The tenants in my area of the suites were very friendly and Joshua got me a ground floor which I said that I needed for my knee problems. I was Very Pleased how quiet my room was and how Very Clean the room was. I will definitely be staying in this and other Affordable Corporate Suites in the future. The building is a little older, but they have done an incredible job renovating it and keeping it clean. The room was spotless. The kitchenette had all necessary dishes including dish soap and paper towels. I was a little nervous given the price, but I was very pleasantly surprised. My ONLY complaint was that the room smelled faintly of smoke, but it went away quickly after being in the room. I have stayed in rooms double the price and had worse accommodations. Amazing.

My toilet had a sanitized strip on it like they used to do. It reminded me more of a VRBO than a motel room. The only thing out of order was my Keurig. It looked rather new, but didn’t work. That’s okay. I drink too much coffee anyway. I would recommend this place to my friends and I would definitely stay here again.

I loved the location, the apartment so cozy equipped with everything, enough space for everything. Has laundry room, a gazebo, I loved the yards and the view. But what I loved the most was Geene’s (Administrator) willing to assist every guest, it has an excellent and quality service, also the housekeeper was very willing. This place was beyond my expectations.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fine, they even included a toothbrush and toothpaste. Very happy with this stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. It is nice to have a place where you have room to relax and feel comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have another piece of furniture, a stand or something for the microwave as I had to work on my computer and having it on the table was too cumbersome.

I have been staying here for the past 8 years when I come to salem to work the fair. It is a wonderful place with a wonderful staff. And the suites are very nice. Definitely a home away from home vibe. I would recommend staying here anytime.
